Booked room can be cancelled no later than 3 days before the arrival.

At the booking the guest is paying the 20% on the giro account or is offering a credit card, which shall be debited only in case the guest fails to come or cancel within the term prescribed.

The payment is done at the arrival of the guest in cash.

It is necessary that a guest informs Hotel President' on his/her estimated time of arrival.
